Martin Wintermeyer BSc Eng (Hons) PGCE

Flying Tornado GR1, he completed 16 operational missions in Operation Desert Storm (Gulf War I).  Subsequent tours included instructing on the Tornado Operational Conversion, manager of the Winter Survival School in Bavaria and Intelligence Officer.

With his interest in coaching and development taught ab-initio navigators and managing the instructors at the Air Navigation School.  He left the RAF to fulfil a long-held ambition to become a Primary School Teacher.

He re-joined the RAF to complete the first Central Flying School Aircrew Performance Coaching Course.  He then set-up coaching for ab-initio aircrew at RAF Linton on Ouse, achieving increased levels of performance.  He ran Human Performance training for all instructors and led the RAF Aircrew Performance Coaching scheme.  His prime aim is to coach people and organisations to achieve their ambitions through enabling them to fulfil their full potential and remove limiting barriers.
